The Police will notify the organisers of the personal and vehicle details of any entrant that they feel brings the event into disrepute.

The entrants understand that there is a liquor ban in force from 9am Wednesday to 9am Monday in ALL public places including footpaths, streets or reserves.

The organisers are not liable for any damage or loss to/of a vehicle, personal property or entrant at any time during the festival.

Covid-19

All attendees acknowledge that, as at the time of ticket purchase, there is a respiratory illness outbreak caused by a novel coronavirus (COVID-19) that is impacting various regions globally. The attendees agree that where it is impossible or unreasonably impractical for the event to take place due to any cause or event in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic that is not reasonably within the control of the organisers then the festival will be cancelled or postponed and the organisers and attendee shall have no further liability to each other. If the festival is cancelled then organisers will refund any monies paid to the attendees less any reasonable administration and cancellation costs up to and not exceeding 50% of the gross ticket price. If the event is postponed then the attendees entry will be transferred to the new dates.

If the festival is unable to take place on the advertised dates due to government regulations regarding COVID-19, the festival will be postponed to 22nd – 26th March 2023. Please ensure you are able to attend the show date, and delay date, prior to purchasing as there are no refunds, unless required by law, if the festival is rescheduled due to COVID-19 regulations. In the unlikely event that all dates are cancelled, the organisers reserves the right to refund all monies less reasonable administration and cancellation costs up to and not exceeding 50% of the gross ticket price.

At the time of purchasing an entry ticket to the festival the attendee understands that they must agree to any conditions of entry imposed by the government at any time up to and including the festival to control the spread of COVID-19. These government regulations may include proof of COVID-19 vaccinations prior to attendance at the festival. Failure to meet of any COVID-19 government regulation will result in denied entry with no refund given to the attendee by the organisers.
